This is how the WIN works for you as a wine shop or beverage retailer
The WIN is directly connected to your ERP system. You create a new item and start a product request. The WIN directs the request to the right producer and this producer automatically receives an e-mail. As soon as the producer has entered the data for the product, the WIN forwards the complete product data to you, directly into your ERP system. From now on you can use the data.

- Create a new article in the ERP system: Assign article number, select producer, article name (grape variety or name of wine and vintage)
- Product request is sent to WIN
- Notification of a new product request from the dealer
- Product request is answered by the ERP system / online
- Product data is sent to WIN
- Import of product data into the ERP system

- One-time setting: forwarding of all product requests to the agency

- Answering the product request (online or in the ERP-system)

- Import of product data into the ERP system
